On June 26, 2026, Paso Robles Police Department Detectives identified the general location of bank robbery suspect Ernesto Noriega Cisneros in the northwest area of Fresno, California. The Paso Robles Police Department Detective Bureau relayed this information to the Fresno County MAGE Detectives and requested their assistance in locating Cisneros.

At approximately 9:30 p.m., Fresno County MAGEC Detectives located Cisneros in his vehicle and took him into custody on suspicion of bank robbery and for violating the terms of his Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS).

Paso Robles Police Department Detectives responded to Fresno, where Cisneros was transferred into their custody. He was then transported back to San Luis Obispo County and booked into the San Luis Obispo County Jail for violations of California Penal Code § 211 (Robbery) and California Penal Code § 3455 (PRCS Violation).
