On November 10, 2025, at approximately 9:04 a.m., the Paso Robles Police Department’s School Resource Officer (SRO) was contacted by Paso Robles Joint Unified School District (PRJUSD) staff regarding a possible staff member under the influence of alcohol.
The SRO responded to the Paso Robles High School office and contacted Megan Fletcher, a staff member at the school. During the subsequent investigation, it was determined that Ms. Fletcher had driven to the location while under the influence of alcohol. She was placed under arrest for Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and transported to the Paso Robles Police Department for processing.
Ms. Fletcher was later released following the booking process. It was confirmed that no one was injured, and no traffic collisions occurred as a result of this incident.
The Paso Robles Police Department and PRJUSD continue to work collaboratively to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students and staff within our schools.
