PASO ROBLES – On Thursday, October 16, 2025, the Paso Robles Police Department responded to a report of a commercial theft that had just occurred at Ulta Beauty in Paso Robles.

It was further reported the suspects fled the area.

Officers quickly responded to the area and with the assistance of the San Luis Obispo Sherrif”s Office. Officers located the vehicle occupied by four males, which matched the description of the suspects. Through investigation officers were able to determine that the four males were involved in the retail theft. Over $1000 of product was confirmed to be stolen and was located in the suspect’s vehicle. The suspects were believed to be part of a South American retail theft ring.

The suspects were identified as John Steven (26, Los Angeles), Milton Pericoruiz (28, Fontana) Christian Duvanpardotirado (29, Los Angeles), and Maicol Fabian Pavon (26, Los Angeles).

They were arrested for 459 PC (Burglary) and 182 PC (Conspiracy to Commit a Crime). They were booked at the San Luis Obispo County Jail.
